HR Policy

GB Staff is committed for providing each Client with optimum quality of protective services. With our exceptional security personnel, GB Security sets the industry standard for excellence. We recruit high caliber, professional, intelligent and dedicated personnel to meet the expectations of our clients. 

Most of GB Security guards belong to the Armed Forces and their selection and maintenance is dependent upon their physical appearance, health, age, duration of service in the armed forces and character. 

Recruitment is carried out from retired army personnel. However, retired personnel from PAF, NAVY, FC, Rangers, and ASF may also be enrolled. Recruitment of experienced civilians as Security Guards is also undertaken. Educational qualification of civilian guards is generally Matric. We enroll security personnel of Category A+ (mentally and physically) with clean Police record. 

Verification Policy 

We implement a stringent three pronged verification process which is embedded in our HR policy. We strictly implement 100% NADRA (National Database Registration Authority) verification, Police security check for criminal record and Local administration verification. 

Company Policy for Foreigners/ Foreign Mission/Multinationals 

The foreign nationals/multinationals working and residing in our country are exposed to various kind of threats. After 9/11, the threats to their lives have increased in particular. Therefore, the company takes special care and has evolved the following strategy: 

A very lucrative package is offered to security guards and supervisors to ensure maximum loyalty and vigilance in the line of duty. Efforts are made to acquire services of ex SSG soldiers for this purpose. 

Best available electronic equipment deployed including CCTV camera and other monitoring devices. 

Provision of literate and educated guards is ensured for easy communication with our principals. 

The guards and staff employed with Foreign Nationals are given special incentives to keep their spirits high. 

The officers and supervisors deputed for duty with foreign national/multinational companies are qualified in explosive handling anti-sabotage training and executive security. 

Weapons 

Our inventories consist of properly maintained Automatic Rifles, Shot Guns, and Pistols. All the weapons are in excellent working condition with Valid Licenses. Weapons are practice fired frequently and checked regularly by our checkers. We keep enough weapons in our store to meet any deficiency. A weapon expert ensures necessary repairs/maintenance as needed. 

Facilities & Guard Policies 

Package: 

The guards are paid compatible salary package according to minimum wages as declared by Federal/Provincial Govt and overtime with incentives in the form of yearly increments. 

Timely payment of salaries at deployed places is ensured. 

Provisions: 

  • Two pairs of company uniform including a pair of shoes, beret, belt, socks are provided free of cost. 
  • Quality weapons with ammunition are provided to the guards. 
  • GB arranges single accommodation for the guards in case of non-availability at the location. 
  • Pick and drop service (where required) is also provided. 

Additional Facilities: 

  • Social security (6% is paid by the company). 
  • The old age benefits (6% is paid by the company). 
  • Guards and staff are provided insurance coverage against accidental/natural death/injury by the Company. 
  • Pension to widows of the guards laying their lives in the line of duty is also authorized on case to case basis. Pensions to guards injured during the attempts of dacoities is also being paid by the Company.
